当サイトでは以下の解析結果の提供を行っています．

・バイオバンク・ジャパン (以下BBJ) の主に日本人を対象としたGWASのサマリーデータ

(IMM; Iwate Medical Megabank, JPHC; Japan Public Health Center-based Prospective Study, J-MICC; the Japan Multi-Institutional Collaborative Cohort study, and TMM; Tohoku Medical Megabank, for the control samples in case-control studies)

BBJ は2003年に東京大学医学科研究所内に設立され、現在までに 47疾患からなる、約20万人の疾患症例を収集してきました．これは以下の12の協力医療機関、協力研究機関、その他委員会などの協力のもと、実現されています．
